    About Enera

Enera: AI driver experience platform for EV charging

Enera is an AI driver experience platform for EV charge point operators. Its Control Room listens to what drivers report across calls, emails and WhatsApp and turns it into insights, while voice, email and chat agents with real-time backend control troubleshoot charging problems and get drivers charging again.

    Key Features

    • Control Room: Enera analyses driver contacts across calls, emails and WhatsApp and turns them into insights on why drivers are getting in touch and what is not working.
    • AI agents across channels: Operators design proactive and reactive agents with Enera that step in across voice, email and chat to help drivers who cannot charge.
    • Real-time backend control: Agents connect to the operator's systems to diagnose, recover and resolve failures, for example checking a charger's status or restarting a session during the call.
    • Managed L1 service: Enera runs level 1 support as a managed service so the operator's team can focus on level 2 and operations, while keeping control of policies, tools and final decisions.
    • Integrations: Enera connects to CRM, ticketing and CPMS platforms through APIs and webhooks, with systems such as AMPECO, Driivz, Monta, ChargePoint, Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk and Twilio shown on the site.
    • No driver PII stored: Personal details such as names, addresses and phone numbers are redacted, and Enera states it does not store any driver PII.
    • Isolated, EU-hosted agents: Each customer gets isolated agents in its own environment, one customer's knowledge base is not used for another's agents, and hosting is 100% in the EU.
    • Security measures: Data is encrypted in flight and at rest, the platform goes through regular security audits, and Enera lists Cyber Essentials certification.
    • Language approach: Enera treats each language as a separate release with its own testing and currently supports English, with more languages planned.

    Use Cases

    • Charge point operators: Hand first-line driver support to AI agents while keeping control of escalation and policies.
    • Customer experience teams: See the specific reasons drivers call instead of broad call volume themes.
    • Payment terminal issues: Troubleshoot a payment terminal that will not take a driver's card while the driver is still on the phone at the charger.
    • Driver education: Walk first-time or confused drivers through how to start a charge, step by step, on a call.

    Getting Started

Enera is built for charging operators that want to understand why drivers struggle to charge and have AI agents step in to fix it.
