Natterbox is a London company that provides a cloud contact centre and business phone platform built for and managed inside Salesforce. It covers voice calls, call routing and recording, plus SMS, WhatsApp and chat. On top of the telephony it offers AI Assistants that answer caller questions in natural language and AI Agents that complete tasks in Salesforce, such as processing refunds or updating records, and pass the call to a person with the full transcript when needed. Natterbox was founded in 2009, is a registered telecoms operator and the company says it runs its own telecom infrastructure.
