We’re Heidi.

We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. In just 18 months, our clinical AI products have absorbed the administrative chaos of 73 million patient visits. Today, we support over 2.5 million patient sessions a week across 190+ countries.

Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world’s healthcare capacity and strengthen the human connection at its heart.

We found product-market fit with a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love. Now, we're expanding. Every task a clinician hands to Heidi is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again.

If you don’t choose easy and you want to build something way bigger than yourself then, choose the challenge, choose Heidi.

The role

You will build and support the direct-to-clinician ecommerce system for Heidi Remote across Meta, Google, TikTok, Native and Amazon, plus the channels and marketplaces that come after. Deep penetration in each, rather than a thin presence in all of them.

Half the job is running the accounts. The other half is building the machine underneath: tracking, product feeds, store pages, a creative pipeline that does not run dry and reporting that people actually read. We have ambitious goals and we want ambitious people on the journey with us.

You will sit in the growth team and work day to day with the Growth Lead for Heidi Remote, who sets the strategy, the offer calendar and the campaign structure. You will also work with GTM, product, content and creative.

What you’ll do

Plan campaigns and offers with the Growth Lead. Build the calendar of offers, bundles and promotions together, then find the ones that hold up at scale instead of spiking for a week and dying. The Growth Lead holds the final call on which offers run and how campaigns are structured
Bring us the better ideas. If the numbers say an offer, an audience or a campaign structure should change, make the case. Proposals backed by data get run, and the ones that work become the new plan.
Run the channels. Hands on the accounts across Meta Ads, Google Ads, native (e.g., Outbrain), TikTok Ads and Amazon Ads. Structure, budgets, audiences, bidding, creative rotation.
Write for native. Native placements live or die on direct response copy, so expect to draft, test and rewrite article-style ads, not just swap headlines.
Set up and optimize marketplaces. Amazon first: listings, A+ content, imagery, reviews, buy box, inventory feeds. Then whichever marketplace earns the next slot.
Lift conversion rate. Own the path from ad to checkout. Landing pages, product pages, cart and payment, all tested properly rather than changed on a hunch.
Keep creative flowing. Brief UGC, product photography and video with the creative and design teams, and hold enough variants in flight that testing never stalls waiting on assets.
Manage the moving parts. An offer launch touches GTM, product, content, supply and support. You keep the dates honest and everyone pointed the same way.
Collaborate with Partners. Work with affiliates and key partners to drive incremental sales.
Report with a point of view. Clean numbers on spend, CPA, ROAS, AOV and GMV, plus a recommendation on what to do next week.

What you'll need

Hands-on performance marketing experience across Meta, Google and TikTok Ads. You have managed real budgets and can talk through a decision you got wrong and what you changed after it.
Experience setting up and running marketplace stores, Amazon in particular.
A record of planning campaigns and offers that moved sales volume, not impressions.
Experience with native or discovery ads (Outbrain, Taboola, or similar). A plus if you have written the article-style copy that carries them.
Strong project and stakeholder management. You can run a multi-team launch without a weekly escalation.
Comfort designing and running experiments and A/B tests from hypothesis through to readout.
Fluency in ecommerce metrics: CPA, ROAS, AOV, GMV and contribution margin. You know which one is flattering you.

Nice to Have

Startup/scale-up experience
Medtech, healthtech or regulated-industry experience
Experience marketing an AI product
Physical product ecommerce, including the unglamorous parts: shipping, returns, inventory

This role is remote from the Philippines, with your hours overlapping the Australian business day so you can work live with the growth, product and creative teams. HIGHLY PREFERRED TO BE IN OR NEAR METRO MANILA.

Ecommerce work is rarely this close to the point of it. Every unit sold is a clinician who spends less of the evening finishing notes.

How we show up

Build for the next decade, not next quarter. Our targets are outrageous on purpose. The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism.
Lead, don't wait. We treat tomorrow's problems today. Sometimes we build what's needed before it's wanted, and we're fine with that.
Follow the evidence. Trust the patient. We pursue truth relentlessly. But when the subjective and objective disagree, we treat the patient, not the numbers. Ego is a comorbidity we can't afford.
Own the outcome. Everyone here carries the company. Raise problems with solutions, solve them end-to-end, and never be a bystander.
Ship, measure, go again. A button today, a workflow tomorrow. More iterations beat better planning. We're precise at pace, not reckless.
Live in clinicians' reality. Not the ideal workflow, the twenty-patients-before-lunch actual one. We build for exhausted humans, and we'd better be decent ones while we do it.

Why Heidi?

You’ll join a team focused on real-world impact over imaginary valuations and glossy PR. We live and breathe the challenges of modern health systems, and are laser-focused on exacting the change we’d like to see. We’re medicos, engineers, builders, and designers who’ve felt the moral and practical toll of what non-care feels like. True A-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale-up game is demanding, but we value sustainable performance and mental health. You're trusted to perform, and you set your schedule. We operate on outcomes > inputs, not process theatre. We all take the bins out, metaphorically and literally.

Building what we’re building isn’t always easy. But we didn’t choose easy, we chose to build something that actually matters. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because healthcare demands it. If you join Heidi, you recognise that the deeper question isn’t whether AI can solve the global healthcare crisis, but whose hands will shape it. The work is hard, but you will trust and admire the people you work beside, and rest easy knowing you’re doing the defining work of your career.

We take care of you.
We offer a ₱15,000 annual learning and development budget, a ₱3,000/month health and wellness allowance, a ₱10,000 home office budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave and 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to ₱150,000, four weeks of work from anywhere per year, and comprehensive HMO coverage for you and up to two dependents.

We chose to open-source our benefits hub, if you care to take a peek.
