    Vonage Human Resources

We help the company win in the marketplace. We are 'One HR' team focused on putting employee experience at the center of everything we do. We make working easier, simpler and more efficient. We are trusted partners who are data driven and solution focused. We are Subject Matter Experts, who co-create solutions, systems & processes with the business. We deliver 'Operational Excellence' in everything we do. We embed diversity, equity and inclusion best practices into all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

    Why this role matters:

The TA Enablement Specialist is the bridge between TA strategy and daily operations. As the TA team continues to evolve, this role ensures our recruiters are equipped, empowered, and efficient. This role exists to make the TA team better at what they do: every process streamlined, every system optimised, and every recruiter confident in their tools and craft.

Please note: This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months, and whilst this role is within the Talent Acquisition team - this is not a Recruiter role, and is best suited to someone who has already got experience working in a TA Enablement or TA Operations role.

    Your key responsibilities:

    • Own, manage and continuously optimise the ATS (Greenhouse), including system configuration, integrations, permissions, and data integrity
    • Lead the build and rollout of key automation initiatives, such as self-scheduling, automated candidate engagement, and approval flows
    • Map, document, and standardise the end-to-end recruitment process across regions and business units
    • Design and deliver TA enablement content, including onboarding programmes, training modules, and a centralised knowledge hub
    • Run, maintain, and improve TA reporting, including dashboards tracking key metrics such as time to hire, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline health
    • Own the Hiring Manager survey programme, including design, distribution, analysis, and action planning
    • Own and drive a consistent approach to recruitment messaging across job descriptions, templates, and candidate communications

    What you'll bring

    Required:

    • Experience in a similar TA Enablement or TA Operations with strong experience in systems, process and data
    • Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred), including system administration and configuration
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
    • Excellent written communication; able to translate complex processes into clear, engaging materials
    • Data literacy: comfortable working with reports, identifying trends, and presenting insights
    • A continuous improvement mindset; curious, proactive, and always looking for a better way
    • Natural curiosity and interest in how AI can support TA teams to be more effective

    Experience we consider a plus:

    • Experience designing or delivering training content or enablement programmes
    • Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to use data to drive behaviour change

    How you’ll benefit:

    • Group Health Insurance (ICICI Lombard)
    • Life Insurance (ICICI Prudential)
    • Group Accident & Disability Insurance (ICICI Lombard)
    • Plum OPD Wallet
    • Plum Wellness Benefits
    • Flexible Benefits Plan
    • Ericsson Care Line
    • Discretionary Time Off (DTO)
    • Volunteer Time (VTO)
    • Additional benefits and perks will be shared and discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process
