Come join us!
Aircall is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for our integration ecosystem. This is a technical, cross-functional role. You will work day to day with Product, Tech Partnerships and our go-to-market teams.
You will define the value customers get when Aircall runs inside HubSpot, Salesforce and the rest of our integration set, and you will own the positioning, the launches and the evidence behind them. You will go deep with Product and Engineering on how these integrations actually work, from the data model to call context and sync behaviour, and turn that "how" into a durable "why".
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the positioning, messaging and value propositions for our strategic integration set, starting with HubSpot and Salesforce and extending to Shopify, Monday, Pipedrive, Zoho, and others.
- Own HubSpot and Salesforce launches and major updates, including the narrative, the launch plan, enablement material, and the go-to-market on the Aircall side.
- Lead the go-to-market for AI Actions, which let AI agents do things like book a meeting or look up an order, across the integration set, with messaging built by use case and by industry.
- Run the campaigns that pair an integration with a vertical to position AI Voice Agents, for example ecommerce and Shopify. Own the plan, the messaging and the assets, and work with regional and marketing to ship.
- Own the Aircall Marketplace listing for the integrations in your set: the positioning, the copy and the assets a customer sees before they connect.
- Build the enablement our GTM team uses: product overviews, demos, one-pagers and objection handling for the strategic set.
- Talk to customers and prospects, sit in on GTM conversations, review call recordings and win-loss data, read the docs, and use the integration yourself.
- Track how top competitors position and deliver their integration experience. Turn it into battle cards and objection handling the GTM team trusts, and feed it back into product and planning.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, including real depth on a technical B2B SaaS product. You understand how an integration works, not just what it does.
- Direct experience in the Salesforce or HubSpot ecosystem. You have marketed or launched an integration with one of them, or done product marketing inside one of those ecosystems, and you know how they are bought, deployed and administered.
- Experience driving product usage, not only launches. You have owned a number that tracks how many customers turned a capability on and kept using it.
- Experience launching products. You have run launches end to end, including the decision to ship or hold, with stakeholders at every level of seniority.
- Strong positioning & messaging skills. You turn market intel, competitor analysis, and win-loss data into positioning the field trusts, and you know the difference between a feature comparison and a structural advantage.
- AI Fluency. You build repeatable AI workflows, not one-off prompts, and know when to trust, challenge, or override the output. Your bar is better work, not more AI activity.
- Strategic, hands-on and collaborative. You see the big picture and you write, build and ship the work yourself. You align Product, Sales and regional marketing without owning all the decisions.
