    As a GTM Sourcer, you will play a foundational role in shaping Cartesia’s GTM teams—identifying and engaging world-class talent across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other customer-facing functions. This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll source, screen, and support candidates through early stages of the process while partnering closely with Recruiters and hiring managers. You’ll help build the GTM recruiting engine for a fast-scaling AI company, ensuring we attract talent that can drive revenue and scale with explosive growth.

    Your Impact

    • Strategic Talent Mapping: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top performers across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and related GTM roles.

    • Creative, Multi-Channel Sourcing: Go far beyond LinkedIn—tap into GTM communities, sales leadership networks, industry events, referrals, competitive intelligence, and niche talent pools to uncover high-caliber candidates.

    • Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified, passive candidates for current and future roles, ensuring our GTM org stays ahead of hiring demand.

    • Personalized Outreach: Craft tailored, compelling outreach that resonates with revenue-generating talent who are often fielding multiple opportunities.

    • Candidate Engagement: Act as the first point of contact, delivering a thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience from the very first touch.

    • Close Partnership with Recruiting & Leadership: Work side-by-side with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, role nuances, quota expectations, and the technical acumen needed for AI-adjacent GTM hires.

    • Data-Driven Search Execution: Track funnel metrics, monitor pipeline health, and adjust sourcing strategies using data, market insights, and experimentation.

    What You Bring

    • 2–5 years of experience in one of the following:

      • Sourcing or recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, SDR/BDR, Account Management) at technology companies, or

      • Tech sales with heavy prospecting responsibilities-- you've crushed cold outreach quotas, built pipeline from scratch, navigated complex sales cycles, and mastered the art of compelling messaging

    • Strong command of sourcing techniques including Boolean search, talent market mapping, competitive research, and leveraging niche GTM channels

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills— you know how to write outreach that gets responses and can build rapport quickly with senior, discerning candidates

    • A proactive, ownership-oriented approach—you’re energized by fast-paced environments and solving ambiguous, zero-to-one hiring challenges

    • Strong organizational skills and experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms to manage pipelines with high accuracy

    Nice to Have

    • Agency recruiting experience or a blended background (agency + in-house) strongly preferred—you’re comfortable with high-volume outreach, rapid iteration, and building pipelines from scratch

    • Experience sourcing for additional functions such as Product, G&A, or technical roles

    • Familiarity with high-growth startup environments, especially in AI, APIs, or B2B SaaS

    • Comfort discussing technical product concepts or understanding how technical buyers evaluate solutions—helpful when sourcing SEs or technical GTM talent

    • Prior experience partnering directly with GTM leadership on search strategy, calibration, or headcount planning
