    Why We’re Hiring This Role:

    • As adoption accelerates, we need strong product marketing leadership to sharpen positioning and drive platform usage.

    • We are building for developers and enterprises, and clear messaging across both audiences is critical.

    • This role will define how Vapi tells its story, launches innovation, and converts developer momentum into revenue growth.

    What You’ll Do:

    • 30 Day:

      • Deeply understand Vapi’s platform capabilities, ICP segments, and competitive landscape.

      • Audit current messaging, positioning, and launch processes.

      • Meet with Product, Sales, Developer Relations, and Customer Success to align on growth priorities.

      • Identify immediate messaging gaps and quick wins.

    • 60 Day:

      • Develop refined positioning and messaging frameworks for developers and enterprise buyers.

      • Lead planning and execution of upcoming product launches and feature releases.

      • Launch multi-channel campaigns driving awareness, engagement, and sign-ups.

      • Establish clear KPIs across adoption, conversion, and pipeline influence.

    • 90 Day:

      • Own end-to-end GTM for major product launches.

      • Deliver measurable lift in developer adoption and enterprise engagement.

      • Build scalable messaging playbooks and repeatable launch frameworks.

      • Act as the voice of the customer, influencing roadmap and messaging with data-driven insights.

    Who You Are:

    • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2D or developer-focused technology companies.

    • Experience marketing developer tools, APIs, or platform products.

    • Exceptional storyteller capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.

    • Proven experience launching products or features in fast-paced environments.

    • Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and multi-stakeholder GTM strategies.

    • Data-driven with experience using tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.

    • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership in early-stage environments.

    • Bonus: Experience in voice technology, AI/ML, or SaaS platforms targeting developers and enterprises.
