The Role
We're looking for a Chief of Staff based in Amsterdam to work directly with the founding team. Part operator, part strategist, part sparring partner. You'll help us run the business, shape commercial strategy, and make better, faster decisions.
This is a high-ownership generalist role. You'll fill gaps, drive projects forward, and build the operational infrastructure the company needs to scale rapidly.

What You'll Do
Be a sparring partner on key decisions, whether that's fundraising, partnerships, hiring, or go-to-market. We want someone who pushes back and helps us to think critically.
Work directly with founders on what matters most, managing competing priorities and helping surface trade-offs clearly so the right decisions get made at the right time.
Co-own commercial strategy and metrics. Help us understand what's working, what's not, and where we should adjust course or double down.
Help look at budget performance and financial health across the organization — make sure we have the visibility to make timely, informed decisions.
Build and improve processes across sales, operations, marketing & hiring. We're a 10-person team, and most processes don't exist yet. You'll help shape them.
Support investor relations and fundraising prep. Your network and experience here matter.
Drive hiring for key roles together with the CxO team. Sourcing, process design, and coordination.
What You Bring
3-5 years of experience in a high-performance environment from top-tier consulting, VC/PE, investment banking, or a high-growth startup/scale-up.
A network in VC, investing, or the broader tech/startup ecosystem. Relationships matter for what we're building.
Strong commercial instincts. You understand how businesses make money and can think strategically about growth.
Operational acumen. You can build processes, manage projects, and get things done without being told how.
Comfort with ambiguity. We’re scaling, and priorities may shift, so it’s important you thrive in such an environment.
Strong communication skills to apply both with internal- and external stakeholders
Bonus if you have:Experience with fundraising or investor relations
Exposure to B2B SaaS or enterprise sales
AI curious and interested in staying on top of emerging trends
Speak Dutch or any other European language other than English.
