    About Empacer

    Empacer: Voice-first AI business assistant

Empacer is an AI business assistant for owners of small and medium businesses, where the owner is also the whole team. The owner says what they need out loud, or types it, and Empacer prepares the work using the business details it has learned. Every post, reply and email waits for the owner's approval before it goes anywhere.

    Key Features

    • Voice as the main input: Hold the button and describe the task the way you would brief an employee; typing and attaching a photo or file are also available.
    • Business memory: Onboarding takes three short questions, and Empacer keeps what it learns (services, prices, clients, tone) as facts you can check and correct.
    • Marked guesses: Each fact shows its source, guesses are flagged, and when a detail such as a price is missing Empacer asks instead of making it up.
    • Ready tasks, not a blank chat: After onboarding it drafts a first-week plan and social posts in the order that makes sense for the business.
    • Approval before sending: Results arrive as cards to edit, send back with instructions, decline or approve.
    • Connections on demand: Gmail, Google Calendar, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, QuickBooks, Notion and Slack are connected only when a task needs them, and can be disconnected in Settings.
    • Failure cards: If a task stops, a card explains what broke, what is already saved and the one step that gets it moving again.
    • Task history and files: A log of every task and its status, with photos, invoices and price lists attached as context and finished files exportable to other apps.

    Use Cases

    • Marketing and content: A marketing plan, visuals and captions from one voice note or a few business photos.
    • Inbox and clients: Quotes, follow-ups and replies to customers and suppliers drafted from the email thread.
    • Documents and numbers: Uploaded invoices, price lists and reports turned into clean files, dashboards and summaries.
    • Scheduling: A summary of the day or week and free slots to offer customers, from a connected calendar.

    Pricing

Empacer is a paid subscription with plans of different lengths; the exact amount, billing period and renewal price are shown before payment. One subscription covers the web app and the Android app, and it can be cancelled from account settings.
