AudioPen is a voice-to-text app that turns rambling voice notes into rewritten text that is ready to share. Users hit record, talk naturally and pick a writing style, then AudioPen transcribes what they said and rewrites it in that style, keeping their own ideas, examples and details, with the plain transcript kept alongside.

Key Features

• Rewrite levels: Low, Medium or High settings control how much AudioPen edits, from removing filler words and grammatical errors to a full rewrite in the chosen style and length.
• Writing styles: A style library covers formats such as Formal Email, Business Memo and Bullet Points, and users can create their own style from a description or a sample of their writing.
• Speak one language, write another: AudioPen understands nearly any spoken language and can write the note in a different output language.
• Voice typing in any app: An iPhone keyboard, an Android floating bubble and a hot key on Mac and Windows place finished text wherever the cursor is, in apps such as Gmail, Slack and Notion.
• Offline transcription: The iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows apps can transcribe on the device for notes and voice typing, so the audio never leaves it.
• Audio file uploads: Prime users can upload MP3, M4A, WAV, MP4 and other files of up to 100MB and get them back as rewritten text.
• SuperSummaries and MCP: Prime combines several notes into SuperSummaries, restyles existing notes and lets users chat with their notes through the AudioPen MCP.
• Every device: AudioPen runs on the web, Mac, Windows, iPhone, iPad, Android, Apple Watch and as a Chrome extension, and notes can be sent on with webhooks or Zapier.
• Data handling: Audio from voice notes is deleted from AudioPen's servers within 48 hours, voice typing audio is never saved, and data is encrypted at rest and not used to train AI.
