What you’ll do
Product Strategy and Vision:
Become an expert on the Fraud market and be credible in front of customers and partners on fraud prevention, detection, and operations
Drive the strategy for Pindrop's Protect product line
Set product goals, objectives, and KPIs such as Accuracy, Fraud Review Rate, User Productivity, Churn, Entry into New Markets, TAM expansion, etc
Identify new opportunities and product features for achieving product goals
Product Craft:
Prioritize product features to develop quarterly and annual roadmaps
Design product features, develop MVP scope, and create engineering requirements
Be responsible for product-market fit Be responsible for the successful launch of new features collaborating with PMM, SE, Sales, and CS - positioning, messaging, sales enablement
Be responsible for driving customer adoption, working jointly with CS
Market Analysis:
Analyze competitive and industry trends
Assist with competitive analysis and positioning materials
Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead in the industry
Engage with relevant market analysts Engineering
Execution and Management:
Oversee the product lifecycle, from inception to launch
Partner with engineering on product roadmap across new features, technical debt, compliance requirements, etc
Partner with engineering on technical design and effort estimates
Partner with engineering to launch features and iterate on fit-and-finish needed to achieve MVP and adoption
Internal and External Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with executive-level stakeholders to obtain buy-in and raise escalations
Operate internal and external steering committees to align product direction
Engage with customers and be the product ambassador in customer advisory boards, customer community meet-ups, customer review meetings
Partner with marketing to develop market-facing materials and drive lead generation
Collaborate with go-to-market partners to increase solution adoption and reduce time to value

Your skill-set
Delivered a product that delights users
5-7 years of product management experience, preferably with fraud detection applications, voice technology and call center solutions.
Experience within a SaaS company required.
Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process required.
Technical background, including experience leveraging AI and Generative AI for product development, machine learning applications, model deployment, and API integrations.
Proven track record of successful product launches.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology desired.

Within 30 days, you’ll
Understand Pindrop Protect’s product architecture and system design.
Participate in orientation and training sessions.
Attend key meetings to grasp team dynamics and ongoing projects.
Meet with key stakeholders and team members.
Become an expert on the product
Within 60 days, you’ll
Conduct a detailed review of Pindrop Protect’s features.
Learn about SDLC processes impacting Protect’s development.
Engage with real-time fraud detection technologies.
Begin ownership of small tasks or projects.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Deliver your starter project
Within 90 days, you’ll
Teach us something new
Lead the design or implementation of a significant feature for Protect.
Drive task breakdown in grooming and planning meetings.
Establish clear objectives and key results for the next quarter.
Conduct risk assessments and apply predictive analysis within Protect’s fraud detection systems.
Assist in preparing product launch materials and presentations.
