About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for prospective customers. If you thrive in a high-energy environment, love talking to people, and are motivated by challenges and growth, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do

Conduct outreach to potential customers through various channels. We have seen the highest conversion rates with cold calls and lead our campaigns with calling, if you don’t like calling this is likely not the best fit. We also do some unique and intelligent things on the email/social sequencing side.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Account Executives
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our products and services
Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings
Who You Are / Must-Haves
1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated, coachable, and always looking to improve.
Played sports in high school, college or both and are team oriented
Seek continuous self improvement
Nice-to-Haves
Are proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot etc..)
Are genuinely passionate about AI.
Have experience with tech or maybe even worked for a tech startup prior.
Stay upbeat, understanding that each no is one closer to a yes.
