We’re now looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and leadership team — helping scale the company, sharpen our strategy, and drive cross-functional execution as we enter a new phase of growth.

Your Role

As Chief of Staff at pyannoteAI, you’ll operate at the heart of the organization. You’ll be a force multiplier to the CEO, ensuring that strategic priorities turn into clear action.

You’ll drive planning cycles, run high-impact cross-functional projects, and help turn insights into decisions — and decisions into impact.

What You'll Do

🎯 Strategy & Planning

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and structure company priorities.

• Facilitate the annual planning cycle, OKR alignment, and performance reviews.

• Lead strategic market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and roadmap.

• Prepare key materials for internal (All Hands, Leadership meetings) and external audiences (Board, investors).

📈 Business & Market Development

• Conduct deep-dive strategic analyses of existing and emerging markets.

• Explore and evaluate new business opportunities through structured opportunity assessments.

• Benchmark competitors’ positioning, go-to-market strategies, and product offerings to sharpen our own edge.

• Identify gaps in the market and recommend initiatives to capture value or expand our footprint.

🤝 Cross-Functional Projects & Key Initiatives

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that don’t fit neatly into a single team (e.g., pricing, positioning, internal tooling).

• Diagnose operational friction points and help design practical solutions in collaboration with team leads.

• Act as a trusted partner to break down silos and promote company-wide alignment.

Who You Are

• Previous experience in a similar Chief of Staff, strategy, or operations role — ideally in a fast-paced tech or deep-tech environment.

• Sharp analytical thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Exceptional project manager with a bias for action, able to drive execution across multiple workstreams.

• Clear communicator who can influence up, down, and across.

• Curious, humble, highly organized, and comfortable with ambiguity.

• Tech-savvy and intellectually curious — you love learning how things work.

• Bonus: familiarity with speech AI, deep tech, or OSS ecosystems.
