Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Voice AI Specialist. The Voice AI Specialist will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing voice assistant systems with Pipecat/livekit. Tasks include working closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration with existing workflows and CRM, voice modulation and fine-tuning, and leveraging telephony and VoIP systems.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills to deal with clients.
Experience with Telephony and Voice over IP (VoIP) systems
Prior experience as a software or Ai engineer
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong collaboration and team-working skills
Should be well versed in Python
Should be good at Prompt engineering
